About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned to commercial growth goals.
Drive measurable pipeline, revenue impact and ROI across all marketing activity
Lead market positioning, value proposition and messaging to support conversion and retention.
Align closely with sales and partnerships to improve lead quality, conversion and referral growth
Own partnership and introducer led marketing to increase high quality inbound opportunities
Lead the external brand, digital presence and sales collateral with a string commercial focus
Ensure all marketing activity is compliant with FCA standards and internal governance
Manage the marketing budget, priorities, reporting and performance framework
Lead and develop the marketing function, including internal resource and external agencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in B2B services marketing, operating at senior management level or head of function level.
Proven success delivering revenue driven marketing strategies
Experience working in a regulated or highly governed environment.
Confidence owning budgets, ROI and resource management.
