About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Align the candidate profile with the hiring manager;
- Draft the Job Description together with the hiring manager;
- Post and advertise job openings;
- Screen and shortlist candidates;
- Conduct interviews;
- Administer behavioral assessments;
- Send the necessary information to the appropriate departments to finalize the hiring of the selected candidate;
- Provide feedback to candidates;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration;
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection practices;
- Experience managing a high volume of operational positions;
- Confidence and strong communication skills to conduct effective interviews;
- Familiarity with Gupy (applicant tracking system);
