About the role

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead from pitching to execution to define project scope, creative requirements, visual style, and overall art direction.
  • Develop strong visual concepts and ensure consistent art direction across all deliverables (campaigns, social media, branding, presentations, etc.).
  • Present visual strategies to internal teams and clients in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Independently create high-quality graphic designs including social media content, key visuals, posters, brochures, pitch presentations, and brand collaterals.
  • Translate ideas into polished digital executions aligned with approved concepts and visual direction.
  • Participate in ideation and visual development for video productions such as TVC, MV, TikTok/Meta/Youtube video content.
  • Work with Creative Lead and production teams to build visual treatments, look & feel, key visual references and storyline/storyboard for shoots.
  • Follow up the Production House’s work to ensure alignment with the defined art direction across production and post-production (shooting, editing, color grading, motion, etc.).

Requirements

  • Highly responsible, proactive and responsive
  • Portfolio showcasing diverse design work (especially KV, campaign art direction, social media, branding, and marketing materials)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
  • Strong understanding of concept development, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese; English is a plus.
  • Available immediately for a 3-month full-time commitment
