10+ years of operational leadership experience in high-stakes environments
Proven ability to lead, coach, and retain high-performing internal teams
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end project lifecycle
Strong planning skills to develop detailed project schedules
Development, management, and command of large capital budgets
Thorough understanding of fiber network cost structure
Understanding of fiber engineering and documentation standards
