About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the annual budget process and rolling forecasts across all entities.
Prepare monthly and quarterly budget-vs-actual analyses with clear driver-based commentary.
Build and maintain models supporting M&A evaluation and capital planning.
Assist with liquidity forecasting, covenant calculations, and debt compliance deliverables.
Track key operating metrics for a fiber business and translate them into actionable insight.
Partner with accounting on the monthly close, ensuring actuals are accurately mapped to the budget and forecast structure.
Build and improve finance processes, systems, and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of progressive corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or transaction advisory experience.
Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling and driver-based forecasting.
Exposure to telecom, fiber, or other capital-intensive infrastructure businesses is a strong plus.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with sharp attention to detail.
Experience with AI tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present analysis to senior leadership, lenders, and auditors.
Self-starter who thrives with ownership and ambiguity in a mid-sized, fast-growing company.
