Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and deploy dashboards, reports, and self-service BI solutions.
Partner with business users to translate requirements into KPIs, metrics, and data models.
Design and implement semantic data models to support scalability and extensibility.
Perform data profiling, validation, and exploratory analysis.
Support ad-hoc analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Monitor report usage and performance, optimizing for query speed and usability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or related role.
Proficiency in SQL with experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
Hands-on experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Strong data visualization skills that translate complex data into clear insights.
Solid understanding of data modeling principles (dimensional modeling, historical data management).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying data patterns and validating accuracy.
Comfort in requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with performance optimization (query tuning, aggregation strategies).
Effective communication skills able to explain technical trade-offs.
Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for dashboard prototyping.
