About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- 100% outbound sales / cold calling — no pre-qualified leads
- Independent research and identification of potential customers
- Proactive initial outreach via phone and email
- Build your own sales pipeline from scratch
- Qualify contacts and schedule meetings
- Continuous follow-up and convert prospects into customers
- Close collaboration with the founding team to develop new markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable initial experience in sales / business development (e.g., internships, working student positions, or personal sales projects)
- Experience with cold calling is a must
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Proactive, independent, and goal-oriented working style
- Hands-on mentality and eagerness to build things from the ground up
- Very good German and English skills
- Proficient with MS Office
