About the role
- 100% outbound sales / cold outreach — no pre-qualified leads
- Independently research and identify potential customers
- Proactively perform initial outreach via phone and email
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline from scratch
- Qualify contacts and schedule meetings
- Continuous follow-up and nurture leads into customers
- Close collaboration with the founding team to establish new markets
Requirements
- Demonstrable initial experience in sales / business development (e.g., through internships, working-student roles, or personal sales projects)
- Experience in cold outreach / cold calling is required
- You are not deterred by rejection and persist in pursuing leads
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Proactive, independent, and goal-oriented work style
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for building things from the ground up
- Very good German and English language skills
- Proficient with MS Office
