Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with clients on implementing the monday.com platform, understanding their needs, mapping processes, and proposing strategic, customized solutions.
Lead requirements-gathering, planning, validation, and training meetings, ensuring alignment between expectations, deliverables, and project objectives.
Configure and customize the monday.com platform according to each client's business rules and specific requirements.
Manage the full implementation lifecycle, from kick-off and discovery to go-live and post-launch support, ensuring delivery quality and a positive customer experience.
Prepare functional and technical documentation, support materials, workflows, and records related to implementations.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities, proposing enhancements and new platform use cases.
Act in a consultative capacity, contributing to strategic solution adoption and strengthening client relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in monday.com implementation projects.
Advanced knowledge of monday.com (certifications are a plus).
Ability to translate business processes into practical solutions within the platform.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead meetings with stakeholders across different levels.
Organized and autonomous, with a strong sense of prioritization and responsibility.
Knowledge of integrations using Make.com, APIs, Zapier, or similar tools is desirable.
