About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and validate requirements with clients;
Design and lead the implementation of AI solutions according to the defined scope;
Configure features, workflows, and basic integrations;
Monitor project timeline, milestones, and risks;
Conduct training and provide guidance for users and involved teams;
Collaborate with project, product, support, sales, and technical teams;
Identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities;
Ensure clear, organized, and up-to-date delivery documentation;
Support solution stabilization after go-live.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience deploying systems, automation, or AI agents;
Strong communication skills with clients and technical teams;
Knowledge of integrations, processes, and business rules;
Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile;
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities;
Advanced / fluent English;
Bachelor's degree in technology or related fields.
