About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning and tracking of implementation projects.
Align scope, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities with the client and internal teams.
Coordinate implementation phases, acceptance testing (homologation), and go-live.
Monitor risks, open issues, and schedule deviations.
Serve as the focal point between the client, product, support, sales, and technical teams.
Ensure clear and regular communication on project progress.
Support the resolution of impediments and operational decision-making.
Ensure proper documentation and formal project closure.
Monitor the initial stabilization of the solution after go-live.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in project management, system implementations, or technology solution deployments.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
Clear communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of technology, business processes, and integrations.
Analytical, collaborative, and delivery-oriented profile.
Experience with Project Online (Planner Premium).
Advanced/Fluent English.
