About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning and tracking of implementation projects.
  • Align scope, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities with the client and internal teams.
  • Coordinate implementation phases, acceptance testing (homologation), and go-live.
  • Monitor risks, open issues, and schedule deviations.
  • Serve as the focal point between the client, product, support, sales, and technical teams.
  • Ensure clear and regular communication on project progress.
  • Support the resolution of impediments and operational decision-making.
  • Ensure proper documentation and formal project closure.
  • Monitor the initial stabilization of the solution after go-live.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in project management, system implementations, or technology solution deployments.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Clear communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of technology, business processes, and integrations.
  • Analytical, collaborative, and delivery-oriented profile.
  • Experience with Project Online (Planner Premium).
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
