About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with clients on implementing the monday.com platform, understanding their needs, mapping processes, and proposing customized solutions.
Collaborate in requirements-gathering, planning, and training sessions (Kickoff, Discovery, Validations, Trainings, etc.).
Configure and tailor the monday.com platform with a high degree of customization according to each client's business rules and requirements.
Support the full implementation lifecycle: Kickoff, Discovery, Development, Validation, Training, Go Live, and Support.
Prepare technical documentation and support materials, such as Functional Analysis, Technical Analysis, solution documentation, Proof of Concept (PoC), and others.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in platform usage and propose enhancements.
Ensure strategic adoption of the platform by the client.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in monday.com implementation projects.
Advanced knowledge of monday.com (certifications are considered a plus).
Ability to translate business processes into practical solutions within the tool.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead meetings with stakeholders across different profiles.
Organized, autonomous, with a strong sense of priorities and responsibility.
Knowledge of integrations using Make.com, APIs, Zapier, or similar tools is desirable.
