About the role

  • Strategic communications and campaign development: design, implementation and continuous optimization of B2B marketing campaigns across the entire sales funnel — from awareness through lead nurturing to conversion
  • Political audience targeting: develop tailored communications for stakeholders in politics, public administration, associations and companies within the licensing business
  • Content communications: editing, distribution and performance analysis of newsletters, press releases and audience-specific formats for customer retention and lead nurturing
  • Advisory & cross-functional collaboration: acting as a sparring partner for sales and editorial teams — translating strategic goals into effective communications and marketing measures
  • Monitoring & reporting: analysis of relevant marketing and communications KPIs and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
  • Trend and topic radar: monitoring current developments in political communication, media and marketing — and implementing innovative impulses

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the fields of politics, media or associations
  • Experience in PR consulting, advertising or political communication is a plus
  • Strong understanding of political processes and stakeholder communication
  • Experience in strategic storytelling and in targeting communication to political decision-makers
  • Confident use of LinkedIn, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and email marketing tools
  • Organizational skills, creativity and analytical strength
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation and a sense for impact and tone
  • Innovative mindset and interest in the intersection of media, politics and business
