About the role
- Strategic communications and campaign development: design, implementation and continuous optimization of B2B marketing campaigns across the entire sales funnel — from awareness through lead nurturing to conversion
- Political audience targeting: develop tailored communications for stakeholders in politics, public administration, associations and companies within the licensing business
- Content communications: editing, distribution and performance analysis of newsletters, press releases and audience-specific formats for customer retention and lead nurturing
- Advisory & cross-functional collaboration: acting as a sparring partner for sales and editorial teams — translating strategic goals into effective communications and marketing measures
- Monitoring & reporting: analysis of relevant marketing and communications KPIs and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
- Trend and topic radar: monitoring current developments in political communication, media and marketing — and implementing innovative impulses
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the fields of politics, media or associations
- Experience in PR consulting, advertising or political communication is a plus
- Strong understanding of political processes and stakeholder communication
- Experience in strategic storytelling and in targeting communication to political decision-makers
- Confident use of LinkedIn, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and email marketing tools
- Organizational skills, creativity and analytical strength
- Strong communication skills, team orientation and a sense for impact and tone
- Innovative mindset and interest in the intersection of media, politics and business
