- You are the primary point of contact for our leaders — from strategic questions to operational challenges.

Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a generalist role
- Strong communication skills, empathy and persuasiveness with a confident presence at all levels
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and strong implementation skills
- Solid knowledge of labor, collective bargaining and co-determination law, plus practical experience working with works councils
- Enthusiasm for teamwork, change processes and a positive working environment.
