About the role
- Support, further development and optimization of company-wide business applications
- Ensure system stability, data quality and process harmonization
- Analyze and document business processes in close collaboration with the business departments
- Review and evaluate requirements
- Derive IT solutions and produce technical and functional specifications
- Coordinate and perform system adjustments, customizations and testing
- Coordinate external and internal resources
- Plan and implement IT projects and take on (partial) project leadership
- Train and advise key users and business units
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience supporting business IT applications (ERP, CRM, Data Platform, PIM)
- Experience with Klopotek ERP and Celanio
- Solid knowledge in business process analysis and process modelling as well as in advising business units
- Experience with customizing as well as working with interfaces and data structures
- Experience in IT project management and in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident handling of SQL and databases, and ideally good programming skills (e.g. Java) or scripting languages
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with strong analytical skills
- Very good German and English skills
