About the role

  • Receive, process and resolve customer requests by phone, email and in person using our ticketing system (Jira)
  • Administration and management of the Windows and M365 environment
  • Administration of client systems and user accounts in AD/Azure AD
  • Resolve issues in Active Directory, e.g., user groups or software assignments via SCCM
  • Provide on-site support at the Munich campus
  • Analyze and fix issues related to networking, patching and cabling
  • Deploy and manage mobile devices (MDM) in the Intune portal
  • Document services, incidents and procedures
  • Collaborate with external service providers

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration)
  • At least two years of professional experience in IT service or IT support
  • Solution-oriented working style and ability to work in a team
  • Very good German language skills
