About the role
- Receive, process and resolve customer requests by phone, email and in person using our ticketing system (Jira)
- Administration and management of the Windows and M365 environment
- Administration of client systems and user accounts in AD/Azure AD
- Resolve issues in Active Directory, e.g., user groups or software assignments via SCCM
- Provide on-site support at the Munich campus
- Analyze and fix issues related to networking, patching and cabling
- Deploy and manage mobile devices (MDM) in the Intune portal
- Document services, incidents and procedures
- Collaborate with external service providers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration)
- At least two years of professional experience in IT service or IT support
- Solution-oriented working style and ability to work in a team
- Very good German language skills
