About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead go-to-market planning and commercial readiness for key product features, add-on solutions, integrations, and other customer-facing value
- Craft and validate product positioning and value propositions using generative AI tools
- Develop and maintain Launch Books, product definitions, and messaging as the product source of truth
- Act as a product subject matter expert and drive content direction for blogs, webinars, and case studies
- Build product education, vertical-specific information, and knowledge reinforcement programs
- Produce and maintain sales slicks, competitive battlecards, presentation decks, and demo environment setups
- Partner with customer-facing teams to refine sales pitches and improve objection handling
- Gather field feedback through relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams, surveys, and feedback sessions
- Monitor market and competitor insights using AI tools and win/loss analyses
- Run beta feedback programs and synthesize voice-of-customer insights
- Coordinate release schedules, training efforts, and GTM milestones across cross-functional stakeholders
- Implement and monitor enablement effectiveness metrics, including launch preparedness, training completion, and feedback scores
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or four or more years of work experience
- Six or more years of business experience across product marketing, sales enablement, consulting, or adjacent business-critical roles
- Six or more years of dedicated experience in Product Marketing or B2B Sales Enablement roles
- Executive-level communication, writing, presentation, and copywriting skills
- Ability to summarize complex technical details into clear business benefits
- Experience directly supporting or partnering with customer-facing teams
- Willingness to travel as required by the business, up to 10%
- Experience with learning management systems and instructional design methodologies preferred
- Familiarity with sales conversational intelligence tools such as Gong and Gainsight, and sales methodology frameworks preferred
- MBA or Master's in Marketing preferred
- Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
