About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Troubleshoot issues and drive them to resolution in a 24x7 operations environment
Perform regular troubleshooting and maintenance
Maintain inventories, conduct audits, and create reports
Work closely with the voice team on tickets and reports investigating fraudulent and spam calls
Analyze network coverage and identify opportunities for improvement
Optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain network systems and applications to support availability and performance
Evaluate network coverage gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement recommendations
Configure network routers and switches for network optimization
Comply with company and industry standard directives to maintain network performance and enhance efficiency
Provide timely and accurate network updates to leadership and external teams
Communicate technical details clearly and concisely

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Technically aligned Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred as an additional qualification
CCNA, CCNP, or other vendor-equivalent certifications preferred
Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and end-to-end connection correlation
Experience with 4G/5G platforms
Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations
Strong customer service and vendor management experience
Ability to work in a 24x7 highly visible operations environment
