About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Troubleshoot issues and drive them to resolution in a 24x7 operations environment
  • Perform regular troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Maintain inventories, conduct audits, and create reports
  • Work closely with the voice team on tickets and reports investigating fraudulent and spam calls
  • Analyze network coverage and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain network systems and applications to support availability and performance
  • Evaluate network coverage gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement recommendations
  • Configure network routers and switches for network optimization
  • Comply with company and industry standard directives to maintain network performance and enhance efficiency
  • Provide timely and accurate network updates to leadership and external teams
  • Communicate technical details clearly and concisely

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Technically aligned Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred as an additional qualification
  • CCNA, CCNP, or other vendor-equivalent certifications preferred
  • Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and end-to-end connection correlation
  • Experience with 4G/5G platforms
  • Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations
  • Strong customer service and vendor management experience
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 highly visible operations environment
