Key responsibilities & impact

Troubleshoot issues in a 24x7 Operations environment and drive them to resolution
Perform regular troubleshooting, maintenance, inventory management, audits, and report creation
Analyze network coverage and identify opportunities for improvement
Optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain network systems and applications
Evaluate network coverage gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement recommendations
Configure network routers and switches for network optimization
Comply with company and industry standard directives to maintain network performance and enhance efficiency
Provide timely and accurate network updates to leadership and external teams
Communicate technical details clearly and concisely

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
Exposure to AI tools such as Claude or Gemini in a technical or professional setting
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Valid driver's license and willingness to operate a company vehicle throughout assigned territories
Technically aligned associate’s or bachelor's degree preferred as an additional qualification
CCNA, CCNP, or other vendor-equivalent certifications preferred
Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and end-to-end connection correlation preferred
Experience with 4G/5G platforms preferred
Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations preferred
Strong customer service/vendor management experience preferred
