About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Troubleshoot issues in a 24x7 Operations environment and drive them to resolution
- Perform regular troubleshooting, maintenance, inventory management, audits, and report creation
- Analyze network coverage and identify opportunities for improvement
- Optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain network systems and applications
- Evaluate network coverage gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement recommendations
- Configure network routers and switches for network optimization
- Comply with company and industry standard directives to maintain network performance and enhance efficiency
- Provide timely and accurate network updates to leadership and external teams
- Communicate technical details clearly and concisely
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
- Exposure to AI tools such as Claude or Gemini in a technical or professional setting
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and willingness to operate a company vehicle throughout assigned territories
- Technically aligned associate’s or bachelor's degree preferred as an additional qualification
- CCNA, CCNP, or other vendor-equivalent certifications preferred
- Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and end-to-end connection correlation preferred
- Experience with 4G/5G platforms preferred
- Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations preferred
- Strong customer service/vendor management experience preferred
