Key responsibilities & impact

Generate retail sales by using knowledge of cutting-edge technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network
Discover customer needs by creating connections and asking questions
Present product insights and solution recommendations as complete sales solutions
Close sales by fulfilling customer needs with simple, intuitive technology solutions
Develop through ongoing training and upskill in merchandising and inventory operations
Grow the customer base through outbound calls and text messages to interested Verizon customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods
Experience working in a commission-based environment is preferred as an additional qualification
Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions is preferred as an additional qualification
Customer service experience is preferred as an additional qualification
Ability to complete a required assessment if selected to proceed
