Develop complex wireless and networking solutions for customers
Provide customer training and advisement
Conduct needs analyses and develop appropriate solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant work, military, or specialized-training experience
Four or more years of architecture design and implementation experience
Direct experience working with wireless network integrators and RAN OEMs such as Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung, Celona, Solid, and Airspan
Experience project managing complex solutions through implementation
Knowledge of 5G
Knowledge of LTE and IoT
IP data networking experience, including routing, switching, load balancing, and high availability
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred as an additional qualification
Experience developing and implementing business strategies
Experience incorporating design thinking into problem solving
Software development experience using Shell, Expect, Perl, Python, or JavaScript
Certifications such as Award Solutions RR Solutions coursework, CCIE, CISSP, CCENT, CompTIA Network+, wireless recognized certifications, OEM certifications, CompTIA Security+, or cloud-provider certifications
Experience with Software Defined Networking and Virtual Network Services
Technical expertise with Cisco, Palo Alto, Riverbed, or Fortinet
Ability to work primarily from customer or field locations and attend occasional Verizon-location training and meetings
