About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide tactical oversight of daily inventory fulfillment execution
- Track critical orders and reconcile Verizon’s ERP system with 3PL warehouse management systems
- Analyze warehouse operational data to identify trends and process friction
- Present concise recommendations for weekly action
- Monitor KPI execution, including receiving dock-to-stock, order accuracy, and on-time delivery
- Perform complex inventory reconciliations and audit 3PL inventory control processes
- Manage daily operational exceptions and resolve shipping or receiving delays with 3PL supervisors
- Generate, maintain, and automate reporting for the supply chain team
- Support supply chain projects that improve customer experience or reduce expenses
- Document and refine standard operating procedures for systematic and physical workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of work experience
- Four or more years of relevant experience required through work, military experience, or specialized training
- Experience owning planning, forecasting, production, or reporting and analysis
- Supply chain, logistics, or inventory management experience
- Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Preferred: Experience in large-scale operations, distribution, or manufacturing
- Preferred: Experience with WMS and ERP systematic transactions
- Preferred: Proficiency in SAP
- Preferred: Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Microsoft Visio
