About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support SEM functions across multiple Verizon brand units
  • Develop campaigns, advance bid strategies, and manage the paid search channel
  • Assist relationships with external search partners, including new and existing partners
  • Execute SEM campaigns
  • Develop and deploy an AI strategy using knowledge of AI and large language models to connect consumers to commerce outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training
  • Marketer, agency, or consultative services experience in SEM
  • Experience with primary buying platforms and formats including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Bing, Performance Max, Text Ads, and Shopping engines
  • Experience in search analysis and reporting
  • Analytical skills for developing marketing reports that improve SEM performance efficiencies
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Data visualization experience
  • Fluency in data-driven targeting and revenue-driving strategy
  • Willingness to explore new search strategy methods as consumer behavior adapts
  • Knowledge of AI and large language models
  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with at least three days per week in the office
