About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support inventory management and planning for Value Indirect distribution partners across Exclusive and Authorized Retail
Support demand planning for the Value Indirect channel, including weekly forecast submissions, external partner collaboration, and trend projections affecting supply needs
Provide data analytics support on SKU-level in-stock rates, gross add mix, and warehouse availability through weekly insights reports
Manage monthly inventory allowance programs and use sales trends and insights to support strategic decisions
Meet weekly with external distribution partners
Support manual inventory orders and device unlocking requests through collaboration across Verizon
Identify and develop internal and external process improvements for inventory allocation, management, and distribution
Deliver high-quality work addressing intended criteria, goals, and objectives
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and leadership verbally and in writing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant experience required
Experience demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training
Experience with data analytics and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving responsibilities
Excellent executive presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with external partners and/or vendors
MBA or M.S. in a related field is preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
VLSS Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred
Experience in the Verizon Value segment is preferred
