About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build trusted-advisor relationships with Fortune 500 customers
- Understand customers’ businesses, market dynamics, and challenges
- Tailor and bundle Verizon Enterprise wireless solutions to customer needs
- Solve complex business challenges and create value for Verizon and clients
- Demonstrate the value of Verizon solutions and differentiate them from alternatives
- Expand the business while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Use Verizon’s Velocity Selling methodology, AI, and advanced CRM tools
- Establish Verizon as a preeminent business partner and strengthen long-term account relationships
- Engage in customer or field locations with occasional Verizon-location visits for training and meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, through work and/or military experience or specialized training
- Account development experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel up to 50%–75%
- Capability and drive to meet or exceed challenging sales targets
- Experience developing large multinational and Fortune 500 account relationships
- Strong communication skills to position new ideas
- Experience persuading and negotiating to create desired outcomes
- Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a multifaceted environment
- Experience selling complex wireless solutions to Fortune 500 clients
