About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Retail VP with performance management, volume results, staffing decisions
Conduct bottoms up volume analysis for risk and opportunity assessment
Provide insights on market share, churn and ports
Evaluate local offer/action effectiveness
Partner with Field Finance HQ team on targets
Finalize monthly analyses of trends and budget variance
Perform additional research for business case analysis
Identify and communicate possible scenarios, risks and opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or four or more years of work experience
Four or more years of relevant experience required
Ability to effectively interact with senior leaders
Bachelor's and/or Master's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics (even better)
Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) (even better)
A high degree of analytical capability
Strong strategic skills
Advanced understanding of corporate financial planning methodologies
Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives
Strong analytical, investigative, problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
