About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Retail VP with performance management, volume results, staffing decisions
- Conduct bottoms up volume analysis for risk and opportunity assessment
- Provide insights on market share, churn and ports
- Evaluate local offer/action effectiveness
- Partner with Field Finance HQ team on targets
- Finalize monthly analyses of trends and budget variance
- Perform additional research for business case analysis
- Identify and communicate possible scenarios, risks and opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or four or more years of work experience
- Four or more years of relevant experience required
- Ability to effectively interact with senior leaders
- Bachelor's and/or Master's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics (even better)
- Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) (even better)
- A high degree of analytical capability
- Strong strategic skills
- Advanced understanding of corporate financial planning methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, investigative, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
