Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leading a global team from APAC to maximize collaboration, productivity, culture, and revenue growth
  • Responsible for collaborating with colleagues globally
  • Attending high-level sales meetings with potential and existing key accounts
  • Establishing strong working relationships and promoting the quality of Verizon wireline and wireless products
  • Managing the contract negotiation process for key accounts
  • Analyzing sales results, monitoring productivity, forecasting, and quota setting
  • Managing business teams to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Set channel objectives and initiate performance planning with measurements in all key areas
  • Analyzing forecast, sales reporting, and market conditions
  • Evaluating territories and market share to identify opportunities to increase growth and revenue
  • Overseeing the professional development of the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of work experience
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
  • Proven experience managing international teams, with a specific focus on leading and collaborating across the APAC region
  • Demonstrated success in building global Channel Partner strategies
  • Experience managing a team of Channel Account Managers to meet revenue targets
  • An MBA or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (even better)
  • Deep familiarity with emerging enterprise technologies, such as 5G solutions, IoT, Cloud Networking, and Managed Security services (even better)
