Key responsibilities & impact

Identify bottlenecks in traditional FP&A processes and support the implementation of automations and AI solutions.
Transform complex, multi-layered datasets into clear, actionable intelligence using data visualization tools and AI-generated insights.
Help bridge the gap between traditional FP&A and data science teams, assisting in data preparation for AI algorithms.
Utilize generative AI tools to synthesize financial data and draft preliminary variance narratives.
Provide reliable data support and analytical guidance to FP&A Business Partners.
Move beyond retrospective reporting to assist in forward-looking planning, utilizing AI-driven scenario models.
Actively participate in cultural and professional development of Corporate FP&A as a world-class organization.
Develop end-to-end automated solutions for our stakeholders to support Finance Business Units.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and one or more years of work experience in financial report automations, business intelligence, or data analytics.
Hands-on experience in Qlik Sense, Looker ML & Tableau.
Vizlib and NPrinting experience in Qlik Sense.
Hands-on experience or strong academic exposure to building/utilizing AI tools, prompts, or workflows.
Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations across multiple models (Claude, Gemini, Codex, etc.).
Familiarity with prompt engineering and working with tool-use/function calling.
Ability to mine, extract, transform, and load large financial datasets to create automated reports.
Working knowledge of report automation tools, technologies, and end-to-end ETL processes (e.g., Knime Analytics Platform, Alteryx).
Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries.
Knowledge of Google Suite and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).
