About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect Intelligent Workflows: Identify bottlenecks in traditional FP&A processes and spearhead the implementation of automations and AI solutions.
- AI-Enhanced Data Storytelling: Transform complex datasets into actionable intelligence using advanced data visualization tools and AI-generated insights.
- Bridge Finance and Technology: Act as the crucial link between traditional FP&A and data science teams.
- Prompt Engineering for Finance: Utilize generative AI tools to rapidly synthesize financial data.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial planning, reporting & analyses.
- Proactive Value Creation: Move beyond retrospective reporting to become a forward-looking strategic advisor.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Four or more years of work experience in financial report automations.
- Five or more years of relevant work experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics within FP&A teams.
- Deep, hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic systems in production.
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations across multiple models (Claude, Gemini, Codex, etc.).
- Expertise in prompt engineering, model selection, and working with tool-use/function calling.
- Ability to mine, extract, transform, and load large financial datasets to create zero-touch reports.
- Working knowledge of report automation tools, technologies, and end-to-end ETL processes (e.g., Knime Analytics Platform, Alteryx).
- Experience with Qlik Sense and QVD generations from different data sources.
- Experience in Essbase, SQL, and SQL performance tuning.
