About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the strategic adoption of next-generation technologies to automate, enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of the PSAP Contact Database initiative.
- Drive change and efficiency via automation to transition a manual workflow into an automated pipeline.
- Conduct PSAP outreach to verify contact information.
- Ensure the integrity of the dataset to meet federal compliance requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Foundational Python knowledge or significant experience in Network Automation.
- Proven experience with data analysis, specifically the ability to identify trends within complex datasets
- Experience or the ability to quickly gain proficiency in multiple systems (ECHO) and integrate automation utilizing Google GMAIL/Sheets (Echo)
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work a schedule that includes overlap with US East Coast day shift (specifically for weekly staff meetings and initial training)
