About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You’ll be part of our State, Local and Education (SLED) Public Sector sales team
  • Building our client-base and making our current customers even happier
  • Responsibility for prospecting, sales support and problem resolution for SLED accounts
  • Lead customer interactions on accounts with or without an assigned account manager
  • Support overall account strategy with the SLED sales leadership team
  • Manage 800# and VES.com chat queues and engage with customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience (Sales support, Customer Service, etc)
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check
  • Proven ability to identify customer opportunities
  • Experience prospecting, selling, sales support, and problem resolution for business accounts
  • Familiarity with crafting programs with products that will wow our customers
