About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join Verizon as we continue to expand our industry-leading network
  • Play a critical role in our network transformation
  • Build a unified network across all lines of business
  • Maintain the technology that keeps millions of our customers connected
  • Serve as a Client Executive to approximately three to four hundred multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities
  • Be accountable for sales results and mitigating disconnects
  • Analyze data and strategically plan marketing activities to drive sales
  • Coordinate events with property professionals and vendors
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations
  • Build and maintain relationships with property staff
  • Oversee two-to-three vendor sales agents
  • Create marketing plans to increase sales
  • Pull sales data from Verizon systems
  • Update documents in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets
  • Physical requirements of the job may include lifting and carrying objects weighing up to approximately 30 pounds
  • Willingness to transport and set up Verizon marketing materials for events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
  • Willingness to work a rotating schedule (shifts) including evenings and weekends based on the needs of the business
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Even better if you have one or more of the following: A degree, experience in working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite, strong organizational and multitasking skills, experience in wireless sales and ability to motivate others to sell, experience in systems, including Optix, AMDB, BDMS, OBIEE and VZAI, knowledge of the multi-dwelling housing industry, strong verbal and written communication skills.
