- Design and execute enterprise-level digital analytics strategies, focusing on conversion outcomes.
- Proficiently use leading tools such Figma , Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Google BigQuery to extract, analyze, and visualize data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop SME level understanding of existing Verizon platforms and commerce flows in order to provide strategic recommendations for enhancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders across various internal teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements in coordination with UX, design, dev and QA teams.
- Participate in business case development and presentations for alignment with working teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or 2 to 4 years of work experience
- One or more years of experience in developing & implementing e commerce strategy & funnel analysis experience
- Experience in improving customer experience in e commerce B2B space
- Experience with digital funnel and campaign analysis for complex eCommerce transactions.
- Certifications in leading enterprise analytics solutions (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Data Analyst Cert)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the aptitude to convey complex data concepts in business terms.
