Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for end-to-end program management and execution of integrations (Acquisitions) and separations (Divestitures)
  • Lead functional multi-disciplinary business unit teams
  • Define program deliverables and work with functional teams
  • Lead Integration (or Divestiture/Separation) Management Office and deliverables on projects
  • Identify and manage risks in assigned work threads
  • Analyze integration (or separation) plans
  • Support resource assignment and time tracking initiatives
  • Articulate weekly program work streams direction
  • Report and present data elements to forecast program progress

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required
  • Two + years of experience in managing and/or leading the actual execution of an M&A integration (or disposition)
  • Three + years of telecom or technology experience (even better)
  • Four + years of relevant project management work experience (even better)
  • PMP Certification (even better)
