About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute projects with a broad scope and impact
- Lead key initiatives focused on growth and retention efforts within the Public Sector organization
- Serve as a critical link between technical teams, finance, marketing, and Public Sector sales
- Create an environment that promotes collaboration, teamwork, and accountability
- Analyze sales data to drive accurate forecasting, funnel management, and operational efficiency
- Manage multiple projects through the full execution lifecycle
- Translate concepts into actionable plans for execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of related work experience
- Six or more years of relevant work experience, with at least three years in B2B Sales or Sales Operations/Support
- Willingness to travel, as needed.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor others
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing comprehensive project plans in a dynamic environment
- Advanced G Suite (including Gemini for Workspace and custom Gems), Sheets, and Slides skills; knowledge of BI tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Territory Management preferred
- Strong AI knowledge or willingness to quickly learn and leverage AI capabilities
