About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform day-to-day operations for TMC’s Security Operation Center (SOC)
Monitor security alerts from different technologies to identify security incidents
Assess potential cyber threats from various workflows and perform appropriate responses
Analyze security, cloud, and application security risks
Provide support for high profile security incidents
Ensure case management and alert development life cycles are followed
Collaborate on efforts to enhance monitoring capabilities of critical data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Three or more years of relevant experience required,
Two or more years of experience in Information Security, Technology or Technical Risk Analysis
Two or more years of experience working with SIEM technologies (i.e. Splunk, SecOps)
Experience in SOC utilizing system, cloud, application and network logs
Knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows, Unix/Linux, and OSX
Certifications like: Network+, Security+, CISSP, CISM, and/or CFE.
