Key responsibilities & impact

The GN&T Network Security team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Network Security Architect
Owning the security lifecycle and effectiveness across various networks
Advancing our security posture through real-time Threat Monitoring & Detection
Leading Incident Response efforts during a breach
Managing the continuous Vulnerability Management lifecycle
Defining and implementing robust Security Architecture
Creating formal guidelines, policies, and procedures
Driving relevant strategic solutions
Identifying opportunities to mentor, guide, and delegate tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant experience required
Expert-level ability to write complex, optimized Splunk SPL (Search Processing Language) searches
Strong foundational knowledge of incident response lifecycles (NIST or SANS)
In-depth experience with risk-based alerting
Expert in conflict resolution and negotiation
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Leadership experience as a subject matter expert
Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCIP, CISM, CCSP, OSCP, CEH
Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
Experience with network protocols and information security
Experience with scripting languages like Python and/or automation tools like Ansible
Experience in UNIX or Linux systems engineering expertise
