About the role
- Involved in the 5G MLA Real Estate project specialist focused on obtaining and tracking any and all necessary construction related permits for various telecommunication projects associated with 5G deploy strategies
- Analyzing potential site locations and creating business cases for site acquisition
- Managing vendors and purchasing during the site acquisition process
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
- Interfacing with stakeholders like landlords, government employees, community officials and legal counsel.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience
- Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time
