About the role
- Negotiate and execute building access agreements with property owners
- Manage third party building costs and agreements
- Achieve a cost saving plan from contract renewals and site decommissioning
- Ensure a positive margin per building
- Optimize cost and implement flexibilities in lease agreements to mitigate financial risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiations with third party vendors
- Strong business acumen and strategy
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the real estate industry and negotiating with property owners (even better if you have this)
- Expertise in understanding and interpreting rental agreements (even better if you have this)
