Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience

Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiations with third party vendors
Strong business acumen and strategy
Great communication and presentation skills
Experience in the real estate industry and negotiating with property owners (even better if you have this)
Expertise in understanding and interpreting rental agreements (even better if you have this)
