Serves as the primary technical architect and strategic partner in the Employee Experience organization
Responsible for the technical vision and system design of the global compensation product stack
Translate Board-level compensation product functions into robust, automated technical roadmaps
Partner with the HR Compensation teams to align technical architecture with business outcomes
Provide architectural oversight for "Emerging Platforms" ensuring they meet long-term enterprise goals
Architect advanced automation solutions using Workday Extend and Studio
Lead the strategy for PeopleSoft Advanced Compensation modules
Guarantee data integrity and parity during the transition from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms
Design and optimize high-throughput engines for Sales Compensation and Associate Compensation
Mentor senior engineering staff and drive a culture of architectural excellence

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant experience required
Demonstrated success in managing high-stakes migrations between ERP giants (e.g., PeopleSoft to Workday)
Experience supporting Board-level initiatives and translating executive philosophy into technical outcomes
Knowledge of Workday (Extend, Studio, Core HCM) and PeopleSoft (Advanced Comp, North American Payroll)
Proven experience in system design for large-scale financial or HR platforms
Expertise in automating complex business workflows to remove manual intervention
Ability to speak the language of 'Business Outcomes' rather than just 'Technical Inputs'
