About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handling strategic outbound calls through our phone dialer that focuses on various critical marketing campaigns
  • Meeting/exceeding quota targets and standards of performance
  • Driving multiple key performance indicators
  • Owning and managing the sales cycle from beginning to end
  • Building and maintaining a sales funnel to ensure the completion of opportunities
  • Resolving customers’ concerns and recommending solutions
  • Creating new business profiles when discovering new logo opportunities
  • Working actively in B360, SFDC, WorkHub, and our Inside Sales IVR technologies
  • Partnering with the marketing, operations, finance, and field sales teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required
  • Leadership, B2B, R2B, or Inside Sales experience
  • Commission based experience.
  • Business-to-business sales experience and business acumen
  • Experience in handling inbound and outbound customer calls to achieve sales
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in an at-home environment
  • Demonstrate self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness, and ability to work collaboratively with leaders and teams
