About the role
- Handling strategic outbound calls through our phone dialer that focuses on various critical marketing campaigns
- Meeting/exceeding quota targets and standards of performance
- Driving multiple key performance indicators
- Owning and managing the sales cycle from beginning to end
- Building and maintaining a sales funnel to ensure the completion of opportunities
- Resolving customers’ concerns and recommending solutions
- Creating new business profiles when discovering new logo opportunities
- Working actively in B360, SFDC, WorkHub, and our Inside Sales IVR technologies
- Partnering with the marketing, operations, finance, and field sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required
- Leadership, B2B, R2B, or Inside Sales experience
- Commission based experience.
- Business-to-business sales experience and business acumen
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound customer calls to achieve sales
- Ability to work effectively and independently in an at-home environment
- Demonstrate self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness, and ability to work collaboratively with leaders and teams
