About the role
- Leading & guiding a technical team responsible for fast path product requests
- Engage in daily high-level collaboration with Wholesale MVNO customers
- Providing 24/7 operational support across GTS, Business and network
- Serving as the primary operational point of contact for escalations
- Building necessary internal relationships among GTS applications supporting Wholesale
- Ensuring Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators for applications supporting resellers are met
- Translating complex technical details into clear language for non-technical stakeholders
- Evaluating solution’s alignment with the Reseller agreements
- Leading through ambiguity and recommending technical solutions in high-pressure environments
- Ensuring core day-to-day operations SLAs are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Six or more years of relevant experience required
- Experience in programming, Operational support or relevant work experience
- Experience with JAVA/J2EE Technologies
- Experience with writing SQL queries & database Technologies
- Exposure in analyzing and debugging the prod issues driving issue resolution
- Experience with managing a team & providing guidance & mentoring
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture Framework
- Experience with Unix/Linux
- Telecom experience especially with Ordering, provisioning & Billing applications
- Familiarity with Microservices Architecture and related technologies
- Operational Experience with tools as New Relic, Grafana, Splunk
- Experience in Cloud technologies
- Knowledge of MQ, APIGEE, Kafka, Spring Framework, Apache Camel
- Agile Software development process & applicable methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools
