Leading discussions with the business and resellers to determine the requirements and design of large-scale software systems and services.
As a technical and functional Domain expert, you will be responsible for building mission critical solutions for Wholesale channels and internal Verizon business users.
Assessing the solution's compliance and consistency with all established Reseller agreements and contracts.
Determining the structure, design, and scope of the Wholesale systems with a deep understanding of enterprise application architecture.
Being responsible for performance tuning of mission critical applications to ensure Reseller SLAs are met.
Identifying and proposing technical solutions in high-pressure situations.
Supporting the production rollout of enhancements, including validation and resolution of post-production issues.
Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, Vendor partners and business teams.
Troubleshooting, Debugging and triaging customer issues.
Partnering with key cross-functional stakeholders including Wholesale, Revenue Assurance, Finance, Network, GTS, and external customers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience in programming, Operational support, Database Technologies with large database (250 TB+).
Experience with strong Oracle PL/SQL: packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, complex SQL, performance tuning.
Experience with Unix/Linux, Perl, Shell scripting.
Telecom experience especially with Billing applications.
Experience in Cloud technologies especially Oracle Cloud.
Experience in JAVA/J2EE technologies.
Experience in using AI tools - CoPilot, Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Experience with Operations & support: incident triage, RCA, SLAs, monitoring tools.
Knowledge of information systems.
Agile Software development process & applicable methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in CI/CD pipeline and DevOps tools.
