About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop backend applications using C# and .NET 6/7/8+
- Build and evolve REST APIs and microservices
- Develop and integrate solutions based on Event-Driven Architecture
- Implement and integrate messaging and asynchronous communication mechanisms, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Pub/Sub
- Work in high-availability, scalability, and performance-critical environments
- Apply architectural patterns and software engineering best practices, such as SOLID, Clean Architecture, and DDD
- Implement resilience strategies, such as retries, circuit breakers, and idempotency
- Work with cloud platforms, containers, and orchestration, particularly GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes/GKE
- Monitor applications using metrics, logs, and traces
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other technology teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with other team members
- Support the technical and architectural evolution of solutions
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience with C# and .NET / .NET 8 or 10
- Experience developing REST APIs using ASP.NET Core
- Proven experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture
- Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus
- Knowledge of messaging patterns and asynchronous processing
- Experience with Docker
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure and/or GCP
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID, and DDD
- Experience with automated testing
- Knowledge of observability concepts, logging, metrics, and tracing
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Technical English proficiency for reading and understanding documentation
