About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring agility, organization and quality across selection processes;
  • Conduct recruitment and selection for technology and innovation roles (development, data, AI, architecture, infrastructure, agile, product, design, marketing, sales and leadership);
  • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of team needs;
  • Perform active sourcing and market mapping for mid- and high-complexity positions;
  • Lead end-to-end selection processes, from screening to final offer, ensuring 100% candidate feedback;
  • Conduct competency-based interviews, assessing cultural and behavioral fit;
  • Manage candidate pipelines in an ATS (such as Gupy, Quickin or similar);
  • Support candidates through technical stages and interviews with clients/managers;
  • Prepare vacancy status reports and recruitment metrics (OKRs, NPS and SLA);
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of recruitment and selection processes;
  • Assist with offer preparation, resume reviews and development of materials (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
  • Support restructuring and management of new-hire onboarding;
  • Conduct institutional orientation and presentations on organizational culture;
  • Participate in internal marketing and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection, preferably with a focus on technology;
  • Experience with active sourcing and talent mapping;
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Gupy, Quickin or similar);
  • Knowledge of competency-based interviews and behavioral assessment;
  • Strong communication, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Preferred: Experience leading process improvement or standardization projects in recruitment and selection;
  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Experience tracking recruitment metrics (e.g., SLA, NPS, OKRs);
  • Familiarity with Office suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
