About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership for the development team, promoting collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement
Define and guide the architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
Conduct code reviews, promoting best development practices and coding standards
Support technical refinements, contributing to solution definition and estimations
Ensure adoption of software engineering, architectural, and development best practices
Support the design and implementation of system integrations via APIs and microservices
Act as a mentor to the team, fostering technical development of team members and supporting decision making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliveries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Tech Lead or in a technical leadership role
Strong knowledge in development and integration of RESTful APIs
Experience with Cloud computing platforms
Experience with microservices architecture
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
Plus: Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions
Knowledge or hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
