About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Apply discovery methods with stakeholders;
Create textual journeys for IVR systems and chatbots;
Produce content aligned with UX Writing principles and the company's content strategy;
Design conversational flows for chatbots and WhatsApp;
Follow organizational guidelines and keep documentation and deliverables up to date;
Create, maintain, and update content guidelines and standards;
Support the team, especially UX Design and Product Owners, in identifying problems and creating user-centered solutions;
Participate in interviews and tests focused on understanding and internalizing the semantic domain;
Analyze user journeys, identify opportunities, and generate hypotheses;
Perform A/B testing routines;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, or Letters (Language Studies);
Experience and/or training in UX Writing;
Experience developing projects for digital channels (IVR systems, chatbots, mobile apps);
Proficiency in designing conversational flows using Miro;
Knowledge of Design Thinking and Discovery methodologies;
Excellent command of the Portuguese language and the new orthographic rules;
Nice to have:
Knowledge of UX Research and/or research approaches;
Courses and specializations in Design Thinking methodologies and areas related to UX;
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
