About the role

  • Manage structural Data projects within the Finance Department
  • Support requirements mapping and scope refinement
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the expected quality
  • Monitor metrics and costs, reporting progress and risks to leadership
  • Drive backlog organization and prioritization, ensuring clarity of deliverables
  • Act as a facilitator, promoting engagement and communication across teams
  • Prepare executive presentations and status reports
  • Support leadership in project visibility and stakeholder relations
  • Mitigate risks, remove impediments, and strengthen cross-functional partnerships
  • Maintain up-to-date and standardized project documentation

Requirements

  • Experience in data engineering projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management
  • Strong knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • PMP or Scrum certification preferred
  • Ability to communicate technically with data and technology teams
