About the role
- Organize and coordinate multiple initiatives and the work of other professionals
- Align product and service decisions with various corporate areas
- Identify product and service opportunities in line with the business's strategic objectives
- Manage products and services, coordinating deliveries across teams (Tribes/Squads)
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of acquisition flows / sales funnel
- Solid experience managing end-to-end journeys (onboarding)
- Knowledge of the financial services market
- Ability to navigate Compliance rules while meeting business targets
- Functional understanding of Data
- Proficiency managing complex backlogs (Kanban/KPIs)
- Focus on UX and conversion
