About the role

  • Apply Discovery methods with stakeholders to gather information, understand context and align strategically;
  • Map AS IS flows (current state) and build TO BE flows (future proposal), ensuring a clear view of problems and solutions;
  • Create textual journeys for IVRs, chatbots and other conversational channels;
  • Produce content aligned with UX Writing principles and the company's content strategy;
  • Design conversational flows for chatbots, WhatsApp and other conversational interfaces;
  • Organize, version-control and keep all documentation and deliverables up to date;
  • Create, maintain and evolve content guidelines and standards;
  • Support the team — especially UX Design and Product Owners — in identifying problems and creating user-centered solutions;
  • Participate in interviews, usability tests and user interactions to understand the semantic domain and validate hypotheses;
  • Analyze user journeys, identify improvement opportunities and propose optimization hypotheses;
  • Apply A/B testing routines and controlled experiments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, Languages or related fields;
  • Experience and/or training in UX Writing;
  • Experience developing projects for digital channels (IVR, chatbots, apps, self-service, etc.);
  • Proficiency in creating and managing conversational flows, especially using tools like Miro;
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and Discovery processes;
  • Excellent command of the Portuguese language and the new orthographic rules.
  • Differentials:
  • Knowledge in UX Research and/or research methodologies;
  • Courses or specializations in Design Thinking, UX or related areas;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
